Stronghold Engineering, Inc. served as the prime contractor for this project that originally called for investigation and analysis of restoration prospects for seven freight elevators. After delivering its report, Stronghold was subsequently requested to perform the restoration to modernize the elevators to meet all federal, state, county, city and local requirements.

The scope of work includes: concrete, demolition, elevator rails, HVAC, installation of metal supports, miscellaneous electrical work, painting, patching and repair.
