Completed with over 89,700 safe work hours, this $10 million design-build project required the modernization and renovation of a three-story Bachelor Enlisted Quarters in San Diego, California. Stronghold partnered with Ravatt, Albrecht & Associates and together, the Team successfully designed, renovated and repaired the Angelley Hall Bachelor Enlisted Quarters that houses 336 of our enlisted military personnel. The sleeping quarters, restrooms, common areas and utilities were renovated to increase energy efficient and provide the facility with a new functional design that improved circulation and maximized space. Another safe and successful project for the Team and the reward is providing our returning enlisted men and women with quarters that improve their quality of life while serving our Country.
