Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working for Stronghold Engineering has been such a great experience. I couldn't ask for a better company to work for. The whole staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. It is a true team here at Stronghold. Our core values of Quality, Safety, Teamwork, Integrity, and Commitment show in the amazing work we do on and off the jobsite. The true beauty of what Stronghold Engineering does is unmatched, and it shows in more ways than one.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Almost 16 years of RETAIL, it was all I knew. I felt stuck, I wasn't growing, I wasn't learning anything new about my profession or myself. I wasn't being challenged. I started to question my intelligence, my worth, and even integrity. I've been welcomed here at STRONGHOLD with open arms. No doubts in what I could bring here to this team. I learn something new every day. The team here is genuinely committed, passionate, and driven. It's a beautiful thing to see from corporate to the field.
Stronghold is a strong family. I definitely have a sense of pride in being here with this amazing team. I love coming to this beautiful place every day. I know I'm a part of something really wonderful.

Quality. Safety. Teamwork. Integrity. Commitment.

It's great to be here!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Since coming onboard, the Stronghold team May of this year I have nothing but the upmost respect and admiration for every co-worker from the top to the bottom. There is a sense of family here. I enjoy coming to work each day and not just work but learn as well. It's nice working with a team that has the can-do attitude on getting the job done with superior quality. The organization truly lives up to its core values (Quality, Safety, Teamwork, Integrity, Commitment).
