Stronghold is the recipient of its 5th consecutive Associated Builders and Contractor’s Safety Training and Evaluation Process Award (STEP). Established in 1989 by the ABC National Environment, Health & Safety Committee, the STEP program was developed by contractors to assist in identifying areas of safety strength and improvement. The main purpose of STEP is to maximize overall safety performance.
