After review of over 140 submissions, Stronghold was recognized by Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at California State University San Bernardino and was awarded the Master Entrepreneur Award. The Master Entrepreneur Award is a special recognition for individuals that have built their company into clear industry leaders, achieved significant growth and sales volume, in excess of $50 million, and/or might be considered a medium to large sized corporation.
As Stronghold has grown from a home based business starting with $3,000 in 1991 to the large business it is today, approaching almost $1 billion in new construction, dry utility, renewable energy, engineering procurement construction (EPC) and design-build (D/B) project, we truly are a success story. On November 8, 2011, Beverly and Scott Bailey walked the red carpet at the Riverside Convention Center to accept the award, gave a heartfelt thank you, which included a big thank you to the Stronghold Team for making the award possible. We should all be very proud of the Company’s accomplishments.
