Los Angeles, California
Duration: 15 Months
This $4.7 million project enhances the security of the AOA perimeter fencing along Imperial Highway, Aviation, and Century Boulevards of the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) by replacing the fence or by providing additional proactive security measures similar to those that are already in place along all other portions of the AOA fencing at LAX. This portion of the LAX perimeter is approximately 9 miles in length; of which 5 miles are primarily chain link fencing with various base and barbed wire configurations. This project also entails replacing outdated access gates, removing inactive gates, and completing other upgrades or modifications, as needed.
