Blind Support Services, Inc. (BSS) awarded Beverly Bailey with a Certificate of Achievement for Stronghold’s continued support of their organization. BSS was started in May of 1992, to provide innovative approaches to achieving independence and self-reliance for blind and visually impaired residents of Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, San Diego and Los Angeles Counties in Southern California.
Stronghold has sponsored many past Dining in the Dark events. Many employees have attended over the years and comment that their experience at the event will not be forgotten. The Dining in the Dark event gives those in attendance an experience of the challenges placed on the visually impaired and helps to bring an awareness of what many take advantage of on a daily basis. It is truly a great event and Stronghold is proud to be a continued sponsor.
