What They Say…
“Stronghold Engineering executed this contract on-time and on-budget. Being that this contract was a project funded with American Reinvestment & Recovery Act (ARRA) monies, it had an extremely challenging duration period. During this time, Stronghold both designed and constructed all elements of the project using a fast-track, scheduling technique that proved to be 100% effective. The renovated barracks are by far the best living quarters NAS Lemoore has to offer its sailors and marines; moreover, these facilities are considered the “standard” for future BEQ construction, an accolade that Stronghold earned through many months of hard work and dedication to excellence and quality ontrol. Stronghold Engineering also exceeded the Navy expectation by achieving LEED Gold for this facility when only Silver was contractually required. Lastly, they completed this project with ZERO safety incidences and earned a NAVFAC Safety Through Awards and Recognition (STAR) Award.”
