Logging into SEI’s Shared Folders is identical to logging into your email. Please make sure to login with your username and password entered correctly.


Step 1
When clicking on the Shared Folders link, you will be prompted to enter your username and password as seen in figure 1.1.

Step 2
Please enter your username that was provided by the SEI I.T. Department. When entering your username, you will need to make sure you enter this information as “your-user-name@stronghold”. In example, if my username is “bob”, I will want to enter my username as “bob@stronghold” as seen in figure 1.2. Proceed to entering your password after you have entered your username. Once you have entered your username and password, please click on “OK”.

NOTE: If you enter your password incorrectly four times, the system will lockout your account as a security precaution and you will need to contact the I.T. Department to have your account unlocked. Username’s are not case-sensitive, Password ARE case-sensitive. Please be cautious of whether or not your Caps Lock is turned on.

If your web browser is asking for a Username, Password, and Domain you will need to enter just your username (i.e.) Bob, then your password, and for the domain you will enter “Stronghold”. Please refer to figure 1.3 for an example.

Step 3

Once you have correctly entered your Username and Password, your web browser should now login to SEI’s Shared Folders and look similar to figure 1.4.
