Team SEI > Stronghold on Safety > Recommend a Team Member
Stronghold's Safety Committee is asking for your nomination of our next “Safety Employee of the Quarter.” Nominated employees should be those exemplify workplace safety for themselves and others; requirements include, but are not limited to:
- No safety violations
- No OSHA recordable accidents
- No lost or restricted work days
- Observed wearing the correct Personal Protective Equipment when required; e.g., hard hat, safety glasses, work boots, vests, and other protective equipment as necessary for the specific task
- Observed performing or working safely
- Attending weekly and documenting “Safety Meetings.”
- Conducting frequent safety equipment inspections and documenting those safety inspections
