CQC Manager
Construction Quality Control Manager – We are searching for experienced Construction Quality Control (CQC) Manager(s) for project located at Travis Air Force Base, Lemoore and Bridgeport. This position reports to the Project Manager with responsibility for overall quality control (QC) of project. Responsible for implementation of Project QC Program and monitoring for compliance. Develop, review and approve documentation and maintain records as required. This person will have the ability to read and interpret codes, contract design drawings, specification and implement project procedures, and will have a strong ability to administer the overall quality program, including auditing and surveillance of program implementation for compliance. Effective oral and written communication skills are critical to this position. Importantly, the qualified person will be able to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment. Qualification include; a current NAVFAC CQC Certificate, working knowledge of MS Office and, importantly, 5+ years past CQC experience, particularly on government contracts. Strong work ethic – willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Design/Build Project Manager

Electrical Project Manager
We need an Electrical Project Manager with great project management skills, solid electrical experience, team building skills and stronghold relationship building skills. An Electrical Project Manager is in charge of supervising the aspects of a construction project. This involves overseeing contract activities on a particular jobsite, such as communication with the owner and architect, submittals, procurement, budgeting and schedule. A qualified candidate will be able to look at and understand the construction sequence, the critical path schedule and be able to harmonize and understand the schedule of other trades. Ten years of applicable experience with an electrical background is required, as well as experience working on Government Projects.

Estimator
We are searching for an energetic and motivated Estimator. Responsibilities include; reading of specifications and plans, performing take offs, soliciting bid prices from vendors on required materials, determining proper markup with input from the management team, preparing and submitting proposals or bids, and properly documenting and recording bid proposals and results for future reference. Qualifications require a minimum of five years past experience in construction estimating, code knowledge and past field experience.

High Voltage Project Manager
A Project Manager in charge of high voltage construction projects taking responsibility for the scope, communication with the owner, submittals, procurement, budgeting and schedule and cost of multiple, concurrent electrical utility construction projects. Qualifications include a minimum of 10 years experience in high voltage construction to include; multiple project management of energy related projects or civil construction, stronghold knowledge of technical construction terminology and contracts, and the ability to develop project budgets.

Site Safety and Health Officer
We are accepting resumes for Site Safety and Health Officer for a project in Twentynine Palms. Our Site Safety & Health Officer is in charge of ensuring OSHA compliance, ensuring job site safety, coordinating employee safety training, providing site specific safety inspections, conducting safety analysis, weekly safety meetings with on-site personnel as well as subcontractors and following and ensuring compliance with company/client safety policies and procedures. Requirements include; 5+ years experience in construction safety, 120 hours of verifiable safety training over the past five years,experience working with the EM 385-1-1 U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Safety Manual, 30 Hour OSHA Training, Competent Person / Excavation Training, Confined Space Training, Fall Protection Training, Scaffolding Training, Lock Out / Tag Out Training, excellent computer skills (MS Office) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
